How it works 🙂
Mastermind Group Weekly 1-hour Call Structure:
- ~20 minutes for all group members wins, progress, towards their specific business goals.
- ~30 minutes dedicated to one member’s hot seat for that week. This rotates each week. Where the member for that week gets to bring a pain point they are currently experiencing with their business to get feedback and ideas from the group.
- If the hot seat ends early, we will open up the table for any member to discuss a pain point for group feedback.
- Closing the calls with members setting the following weeks intentions for progressing towards their goals. Which we’ll check in at the start of the next call.
- The weekly group call time is voted on by group members and the best time that works for the majority is chosen.
